Gemma and Craigs wedding took place at the Holy Trinity Church in Rhostyllen, where we met one of the most photographer friendly vicars we have had the pleasure of coming across. It makes such a difference when they trust you not to disturb the ceremony and give you the flexibility to move around quietly to get a variety of angles. We knew from first meeting Gemma and Craig that they were very bubbly and happy couple, but on the day we were waiting to see which of them would burst with excitement first!
You can’t fail to be excited around these two, as they are both such lively, friendly people and a real pleasure to work with. The reception was held over at Ruthin Castle and after a few episodes of dodging rain showers, we decided to do indoor group shots and portraits after food. Here are some of the images from their day.

Captured some lovely moments in this wedding. A couple of the detail shots ( the high angle on cake, the rings at the centre of bokeh, the use of backlight for the bouquet ) are really well done.
She just looks so excited (especially in the putting the dress on shots) I can’t help but grin back at the screen! I really like the bouquet in the strem of window light.
Everything about this wedding is gorgeous from the car to the peacocks to the couple to the venue. Really fantastic stuff.
Good work! Love that peacock shot, and like Jenny said the ones of here putting the dress on are great!
Beautiful photos, love the shot of the cake. And peacock ftw
I just LOVE how happy they seem, especially her. You did a great job capturing that!
I love all the candids and how happy is that bride? She never stopped smiling
These guys look like non stop fun. You rocked this wedding
Gorgeous wedding! Love your eye for details and your portraits are awesome!
